We are seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position, with the expectation of working 3 days per week from our Izmir Bayrakli office. We offer valuable experience and exposure within the sports technology industry.
Requirements
Roles amp; Responsibilities
- Share vendor confirmation letters and reconcile balances.
- Prepare monthly expense plan documentation for accounting, including documents and spreadsheets.
- Compile and prepare data for cash flow analysis.
- Track PDKS data (enter and exit) for RD center purposes.
- Follow up on health insurance monthly payment amp; reconciliation.
- Manage BES contracts and payments, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance tasks.
- Engage in collaborative finance-related tasks with our international offices.
Experience amp; Qualification
- Preferred if a student in the process of obtaining a degree.
- Eager to learn and interested in career opportunities in finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and effectively with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills are an advantage.
