We are on the lookout for a talented Python AI Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about working on the cutting edge of AI technology and have experience in Python programming and some exposure to AI or statistics-based subjects, we would love to hear from you.
The principal purpose of the Python AI Developer is to develop innovative AI solutions that meet our business needs and to work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into the overall software ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our AI research and development team to implement, test, and optimize AI algorithms and models.
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI applications and tools, ensuring efficient and high-quality code.
- Leverage your experience in AI or statistics-based subjects to contribute to the design and development of data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into the overall software ecosystem.
- Research and stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI applications, addressing issues related to performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for AI projects, including technical specifications, user manuals, and release notes.

Skills
- C1 level of English
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code reviews.
- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as C#, C++, or R preferred.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques preferred.
Education amp; Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or a statistics-based subject.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred.
- Experience with React web framework preferred.
