We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting and Financial Reporting Specialist to help us build and deploy forward-thinking solutions for the future of transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with legal GAAP; providing complete, accurate, and timely documentation
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, presenting financial information and reports to management
- Tracking the Profit/Loss of projects, customers, and owned fleet
- Participation in financial and accounting processes and cash flow management
- Being the main bridge between the Operations and Finance teams by closely monitoring monthly payroll files
- Providing information to auditors and conducting standard internal audits of various accounting records
- Providing reports to management as per their needs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements of the company, such as current local and International Accounting Standards, labor law, and tax regulations
- Performing all daily accounting transactions (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, e-invoices, general ledger, and bank reconciliations)
- Reserving all expense reports and payments
Requirements
- Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Preferably with experience in Big Four
- Previous experience with accounting programs such as LOGO.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and confident in this regard.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
