Requirements

Responsibility:

• Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer services, to gather insights and develop targeted CRM initiatives.
• Support the creation and optimization of CRM campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in the implementation and management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Monitor key performance metrics related to CRM initiatives and provide regular reports and analyses to track campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in testing and optimizing CRM workflows, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Provide support for projects within the growth marketing department based on requirements.
• Note: This is an internship position, and the primary focus will be on learning and gaining practical experience in CRM marketing.
