Job Description

Our client is a holding company that diversifies businesses including, real estate, mining, construction amp; infrastructure, agriculture, energy, tourism, and oilamp; gas.

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to provide excellent strategic leadership and responsibility for the successful growth and management of our client's business in Saudi Arabia.

  • Managing all business activities in the country, developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Representing the company in all levels of parties including government authorities, local bureaucracy
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Defining sales and distribution targets and creating plans to achieve them
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Developing and implementing business strategy for a country and coordinating the overall corporate strategy with local operations, human resource management, finance, marketing, and administration
  • Identifying needed partners and local consultants, and building strategic alliances with them to facilitate the winning and implementation of projects
  • Developing long-term relationships and key partnerships with strategic entities in the market (i.e., Government, General Authorities, etc.) for the growth of the business
  • Liaising with head office and writing up daily, monthly, quarterly/annual reports

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the KSA market
  • Fluency in English is must
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies
  • University degree in Business, Management, and similar
  • Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and profitability analysis
  • A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
