We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Development Manager for their growing team.

• The Real Estate Development Manager is responsible for managing the entire development process including feasibility analysis, acquisition, deal structuring, development, financing, public approvals, marketing, and close-out
• Create specific development schedules for property acquisition based on local code and permit requirements
• Analyse the real estate sectors to identify the best strategy and development plan
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, potential business partners, and professional organizations
• Performing market research to identify areas where new developments can be profitably built and existing developments can be improved
• Carrying out the projects with Construction teams effectively
• Developing efficient sales strategies
• Collect, prepare, and present information to the senior management on proposed projects in order to get approvals
• Implementing growth strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Similar experience in Real Estate Development or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, relevant Engineering, Architecture, or in a relevant field.
• Strong team player, effective leadership and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong network with local real estate industry and government officials
• Good IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and other planning software programs
