Our client is a global airline and aviation company.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for their growing team.

Job Requirements

• Making resource planning of the operational services, preparing the budget, and creating the approved resource to make it ready for operation
• Managing the activities of the operations services in line with the budget and the work programs that prepared
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the operations services offered within the company in terms of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  
• Being responsible for the implementation of the company's procedures within the framework of the company's environment, quality, occupational and employee health, and risk assessment policies within the scope of the department's work field
  
• Ensuring the operational safety and security at the company station and carrying out the operations in a safe and secure manner
  
• Conduct resource planning for Operations Services to meet the planned flight numbers of the station and present it to the Station Manager
• Participate in the recruitment process for the planned operational team of Operations Services, ensuring the formation of the team and providing training to make them operational-ready
• Prepare monthly and weekly work programs for Operations Services
• Support the Station Manager in managing relationships with relevant government authorities at the station
• Facilitate the preparation of accident reports occurring in operations and forward them to the relevant units for necessary actions

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Similar experience in Aviation or in a related field
• Fluency in English is a must
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is required
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of aviation operations, particularly in the context of Operations Services
• Strong expertise in resource planning, including the ability to align resources
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent organizational skills to develop and maintain the monthly and weekly work programs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with accident reporting procedures and the ability to facilitate the preparation of accident reports
