We are looking for an experienced Passenger Services Manager for their growing team.

Job Requirements
- Making the capacity planning of passenger services, preparing the budget, establishing the approved capacity, and making it ready for operation
- Managing the activities of passenger services in line with the budget and the work programs prepared
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the passenger services offered within the company in terms of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Providing the necessary support to the station Manager in relations with customers at the station
- Participating in the recruitment process for the planned operational staff of passenger services, ensuring the staff is formed and training is provided to make them ready for operation
- Following the satisfaction of the customers regarding the passenger services, creating suggestions for the improvement of the failing points, and transmitting them to the station manager
- Conduct resource planning for Passenger Services to meet the planned flight numbers of the station and present it to the Station Manager
- Review and update the monthly and weekly work program for Passenger Services based on changes in the flight schedule and determine necessary precautions
- Monitor customer satisfaction related to Passenger Services, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the Station Manager
- Play an active role in managing relationships with customers at the station and provide significant support to the Station Manager
- Ensure operational safety and security at the station and oversee the safe and secure execution of operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Similar experience in Aviation or in a related field
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of MS Office programs is required
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the service sector
- Strong expertise in resource planning
- Ability in reviewing and updating monthly and weekly work programs
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset to monitor customer satisfaction and develop recommendations for improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to operational safety and security
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced airport environment
