Our client is a global airline and aviation company.

We are looking for an experienced Ramp Manager for their growing team.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Planning the resource of the ramp services, preparing the budget, creating the approved resource and making it ready for operation
  • To manage the activities of ramp services in line with the budget and the work programs it has prepared
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the ramp services offered within the company in terms of quality efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Participating in the recruitment process for the planned operational staff of ramp services, ensuring the staff is formed and training is provided to make them ready for operation
  • Supervising the activities of ramp services in terms of compliance with company procedures and standards, cost, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, taking the necessary measures, and participating in / leading development work in this direction
  • Conduct resource planning for Ramp Services to meet the planned flight numbers of the station and present it to the Station Manager
  • Prepare the monthly and weekly work program for Ramp Services
  • Monitor customer satisfaction related to Ramp Services
  • Attend meetings held within the station and ensure coordination for ramp services
  • Develop seasonal staffing and equipment plans for Ramp Services, taking into account aircraft type, day, time, and airline expectations

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Similar experience in Aviation or in a related field
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs is required
  • Knowledge and understanding of ramp services in the aviation industry
  • Expertise in resource planning
  • Proficiency in developing monthly and weekly work programs
  • A customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to actively participate in meetings held within the station
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance and prioritizing operational safety
