We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the migration of local applications in accordance with the IT group strategy through group standard solutions ( Topaz migrations)
  • Engaging application delivery teams and proposing solutions which are in line with the IT strategy and long range plan, including budget responsibility
  • Leading IT projects with internal and external parties
  • Providing business continuity and disaster recovery of the company's infrastructures and information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan, implementation, and documentation
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders at local amp; regional level as well as with the global IT support organizations
  • Adherence to internal IT Standards, methods and strategies
  • Engaging with local business representatives to shape business requirements and support appropriate technology teams and functions to translate them into new solutions, system enhancements or process changes and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value
  • Leading/participating in implementation, enhancement, and roll-out projects and ensure that operational requirements are met, and system is adopted by local organization to add value
  • Coordinating and monitor technical queries/issues/incidents raised; managing the escalations with appropriate technology groups
  • Assuring operations are running without major incidents
  • Supporting problem and incident resolutions by close collaboration with Service Desk and next level support
  • Providing appropriate application support services and ensure that operational requirements are met
  • Supporting the alignment with of local infrastructure with global standards
  • Hands-on support in the daily IT operation activities decisions
  • Leading ISO27001 certification/recertiication process
  • Supporting the maintenance of the validation of GxP relevant systems (IQ preparation, execution etc)
  • Managing IT vendors, run contract negotiations and service agreements
  • Managing inventory, laptop, iPhone, monitor, docking station etc.
  • Planing replacements with EUX
  • Managing helpdesk 2-3 person, manage HD escalations and SLAs
  • Managing communication room / System room
  • Managing network design of the site etc.
  • Managing site SNOW inventory
  • Managing projects, SDWAN replacement, EoL Switch, APs, Nutanix etc.
  • Understand TOPAZ will be site forest admin
  • Planning TIS projects at the site office 2016 =gt; O365 migration etc.
  • Supporting 7x24 for urgent cases
  • Being Infra manager with the understanding of application working logic
  • Acting as a deputy of Operations Manufacturing manager
  • Preparing and doing presentation to SLT
  • Communicating with senior managers

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, IT related field or technical discipline; Master’s degree desirable
  • Fluent English (written amp; spoken)
  • Working-experience in IT / OT area preferably in the pharmaceutical industry as IT Leader
  • 10+ years of experience across these areas.
  • Senior IT professional having technical and process expertise (e.g. ITIL)
  • Deep understanding of systems and technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and industrial control systems
  • Being able to analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise with these systems and have the technical expertise to implement solutions
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate staff (direct and virtual), and maintain alignme
