- Familiarity with website navigation, content management systems, and basic data analysis skills to support website management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Good knowledge of German is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pay close attention to details when handling banner requests, revisions, and promotional activities to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with relevant teams, provide updates, and address any issues or errors identified during website checks.
- Strong organizational skills to assist in event preparations, manage the nav bar and hamburger menu, and support product-related projects.
- Being proactive in identifying areas for improvement, suggesting solutions, and supporting the team in various tasks and projects.
- Being flexible and adaptable to work on various tasks and projects, including selection support and website updates, based on business needs.
