Job Description
Thunderbird Commercial Credit is an affiliate of World Business Lenders, LLC and is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. The company is seeking to bolster its staff with qualified talent in Turkey.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time (March - November hours will be 4:00pm-1:00am; November - March hours will be 5:00pm-2:00am Istanbul time), Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires Excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English. Resumes provided in Turkish will not be reviewed. YOU MUST LIVE IN TURKEY.
About the Job:
The Digital Marketing Analyst will track marketing trends, analyze marketing statistics, monitor campaign performance to assist with developing strategies that will enhance the Company’s digital advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor current campaigns, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase performance.
- Develop detailed, quantitative analysis/insights into business performance for marketing campaigns.
- Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and tactics to increase traffic, in collaboration with IT.
- Monitor trends in digital media and marketing.
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- You MUST LIVE IN TURKEY
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related field) desirable
- 2-5 years work experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) required.
- Knowledge of FTP Technology
- Experience with Wordpress, Framer
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge/experience
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Able to provide creatives upon request (for Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Experience developing innovative and creative marketing campaigns from scratch.
- Able to provide a portfolio showcasing previous creatives and other relevant projects.
- Able to demonstrate quantitative and qualitative benefits from previous spearheaded marketing campaigns.
- A keen eye for pushing boundaries on how to market our products to prospective Thunderbird clients
- You must have your own computer/laptop - the company does not supply equipment
