The Workforce Management Coordinator is pivotal in optimizing the organization's human capital resources in alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting amp; Planning:
- Develop and maintain staffing forecasts based on business needs, historical data, and predictive modeling.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand short-term and long-term staffing needs.
- Scheduling amp; Rostering:
- Create, manage, and optimize employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Address scheduling conflicts, time-off requests, and other schedule-related challenges promptly.
- Real-time Management:
- Monitor real-time staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to address unexpected changes in demand.
- Collaborate with operations teams to address any immediate staffing or scheduling concerns.
- Capacity Planning:
- Analyze workforce capacity to ensure the organization can meet current and future operational demands.
- Provide recommendations on hiring needs, upskilling, or other workforce adjustments.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze workforce performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to address skill gaps and performance issues.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular updates to HR and operational leaders on workforce status, challenges, and recommendations.
- Engage with employees to gather feedback on scheduling, workload, and other workforce management aspects.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with workforce management best practices and technological advancements.
- Recommend and implement tools, processes, or systems to enhance workforce management efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in workforce management software and tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both managerial and operational staff.
- Comprehensive understanding of Jakarta's labor laws and regulations.
