As a Portuguese Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns efficiently.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:
- This is a remote job so you must have a computer, stable internet connection and audio gear.
- 8 hours a day work time with 5 days a week. The weekly off may differ from Saturday and Sundays.
- Shift time/ Working time may differ from 9 am to 5 pm.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus.
