Job Description

As a Portuguese Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
  • Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns efficiently.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • This is a remote job so you must have a computer, stable internet connection and audio gear.
  • 8 hours a day work time with 5 days a week. The weekly off may differ from Saturday and Sundays.
  • Shift time/ Working time may differ from 9 am to 5 pm.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

  • 2 Years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, both written and verbal.
  • Must have basic English conversational skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
