Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of finding, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, and will play an instrumental role in shaping the teams that drive our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the intricacies of open roles and design effective job descriptions.
  • Proactively source and attract passive candidates using various methods including advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, and social media.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best-fit candidates for interviews.
  • Lead, guide, and train junior talent acquisition team members, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Foster strong professional networks and maintain relationships with a pool of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by gathering insights, analyzing trends, and considering new technologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes and transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on senior roles and leadership hiring.
  • Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest industry trends and shifts in the talent acquisition landscape.
