Social Media Content Specialist

As a Social Media Content Creator, we are looking for a team member who will develop social media strategies aligned with our brand vision, can increase engagement and expand online presence through creativity, and possess strong experience in creating visually appealing content.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for INFINIA's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Engage in content brainstorming, storyboarding, creative problem-solving, and evaluate video performance analytics to apply to developing continuous data-driven learnings.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending in the social space and be able to respond by proposing new ideas and creative solutions.
• Develop a social media platform and content strategy.
• Writing, reviewing and developing the content for different platforms and audiences based on the purpose,
• Manage end-to-end operations of social media content development and publishing.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement andoptimisationn.
• Plan, develop, and edit videos to support social media initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and digital creative campaign development.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; prior experience with global brands is advantageous.

• Good understanding of social platforms' related trends, audience behavior, and other social marketing principles.

• Ability to write reports based on data and overall campaign performance.

• Experience in strategic communications and working cross-functionally with different teams and global audiences.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of brand identity and ability to maintain consistency across social media channels.

• Experience with social media analytics tools
