Live Operations Agent (Part-Time)

Volt Lines is a technology powered mobility platform aiming to solve urban mobility problems. We view empty seats in traffic as both the cause of the problem and its solution. There are more than 50,000 buses in Istanbul operating at 9% efficiency and we want to solve this problem. Making shuttle buses smarter, more efficient and dynamic, we create an alternative transportation network that can replace even car ownership. Companies and other institutions can benefit from the Volt Lines transportation network for the daily commute needs of their staff.

We are looking for Live Operations Agent to help us build and deploy forward-thinking solutions for the future of transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Keep in touch with the drivers and passengers, and instantly responding to the problems that are / will be experienced
• Follow the flow of the sequence from the relevant panels
• Prepare informative documents for our drivers regarding the operational flow and technological developments, to share these documents periodically with various communication channels
• Provide arrangements on operational data, to analyze for optimisation purposes
• The Employee shall cooperate with the CEO, lead management team and/or Company personnel according to the nature of the job for the performance of the specific duties within this duty definition

Requirements

• 3rd year university student or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts
