Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager with a focus on internal controls. The ideal candidate will lead the financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, implementation and oversight of robust internal controls.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated / solo financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Analyse and explain monthly trends in all financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support the Accounting team for completeness and accuracy of the financial statements
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
- Support the FPamp;A team for forecasting and long-term planning processes in financial trends.
- Creation and timely submission of Financial Review
- Preparing month-end, quarterly and year-end closing processes in connection with all business units
- Conducting annual audits with external audit company
- Taking an active role in several accounting and reporting process improvements in the Accounting amp; Finance department
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely financial information.
Internal Controls Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive internal control policies and procedures to identify the risks in the business and take necessary measures to minimize these risks.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing internal controls and lead efforts to enhance and strengthen controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with a significant focus on internal controls.
- Minimum 3 years audit background (Big 4 is a plus)
- Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial tools.
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Group Financial Controller
