Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Supervisor who will play a crucial role with direct influence on the production and deliverables of PaneraTech. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver and have a flawless understanding of the production process. Ideal candidate is experienced with establishing processes and creating production schedules. You will have proven success managing a production facility and increase efficiency and focus on production optimization, participate actively in ensuring the equipments are functioning correctly, and all safety protocols are being adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the production facility,
  • Liaise with other managers/supervisors to formulate objectives and understand requirements,
  • Select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals,
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets,
  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines,
  • Monitor production to resolve issues,
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, technicians, etc.),
  • Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.),
  • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.,
  • Ensure output meets quality standards,
  • Enforce health and safety precautions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering or related departments,
  • Vocational high school and associate degree would be a plus for technical background,
  • Proven experience in production,
  • Experience as a team manager, managing technicians and engineers is a plus,
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) experience,
  • Understanding of quality standards and health amp; safety regulations,
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts,
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language,
  • Aptitude in leadership and motivational skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
