Join our team of proactive experts in Digital Growth dedicated to enhancing customer experience and driving business expansion. Our team leads initiatives focused on improving customer acquisition, experience, and implementing CRM, CRO, SEO, and performance advertising strategies.
Requirements
What to expect from a Digital Growth Intern at VavaCars;
- Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer services, to gather insights and develop targeted CRM initiatives.
- Support the creation and optimization of CRM campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in the implementation and management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to CRM initiatives and provide regular reports and analyses to track campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in testing and optimizing CRM workflows, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Provide support for projects within the growth marketing department based on requirements.
Note: This is an internship position, and the primary focus will be on learning and gaining practical experience in CRM marketing.
