As a People and Culture Senior Specialist at Firefly, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our team members.   • Payroll and Employee Relations Management:
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with managers to foster positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.

  • Compensation and Benefits Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Manage the organization's salary structure, job classification, and grading systems.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on compensation-related matters.

  • System and Process Management:
  • Manage our HR platform called hiBOB.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership on key HR performance indicators.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for enhancing HR strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations of Turkey.
  • Proven experience in reporting and analysis within the HR function.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
