Drive the light, accelerate innovation, steer with authenticity!Main Responsibilities- Ability to troubleshoot issues on application and service level.
- Perform platform engineering analysis, design, installation, and deployment.
- Work towards improving our platform engineering processes and procedures.
- Develop and demonstrate detailed, proactive ownership for supported systems, including monitoring and documentation.
- Adding value to a wide array of software development lifecycle stages especially by building, tuning, and supporting a highly available system.
- Contribute to the team's vision with short, medium and long-term plans.
- Develop Reactive and Proactive actions, prepare Postmortems
Qualifications- Fluency in both Turkish amp; English, locates in Turkey.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related fields.
- Min 6 years of related work experience and 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform, GCP is a big plus.
- Strong experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience on CI/CD principles and implementation.(Bitbucket experience is a plus)
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Bash, Go or ... js)
- Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB is a plus).
- Strong experience with IaC and configuration management products, such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting systems, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver, ELK and OpsGenie.
- Familiarity with load balancers, networking, messaging queues, and streaming and batch workloads.
- Knowledge on database design and SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge on Microservice architecture and event driven architecture.
- Familiarity with security fundamentals: such as secret management, defense in depth, and key rotation.
