WFH - Licensed Architect with experience in Wood Frame, Multifamily, and Revit

• Produce Schematic Drawings, Design Development Construction Documents, and Construction drawings, for projects ranging from residential, multifamily, Industrial, and Commercial projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including structural engineers, fellow architects, and designers to develop high-quality architectural designs for various project types including industrial, commercial, and multifamily developments.
• Utilize your expertise in Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Incorporate a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems, particularly in relation to wood frame multifamily construction.
• Ensure designs adhere to US codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient strategies into projects where applicable.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and progress updates.
• Assist in the preparation of project presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and a valid architectural license.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience (not including the internship) in architectural design and production, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise.
• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Experience working on wood frame multifamily projects is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, and a passion for innovative design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Owns a personal computer meeting the specified technical requirements.
• Familiarity with software tools such as ArchiCAD, BIM360, SketchUp, VRay, Bluebeam, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop amp; Illustrator, and Lumion 3D Rendering (bonus skills).
