Our client is a global company that diversifies businesses including, real estate, mining, construction amp; infrastructure, agriculture, energy, tourism, and oilamp; gas.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer for their growing team.

Job Requirements

• Overseeing the financial planning, financial reporting, financial statements, and analytical skills of the company.
• They will manage the financial department and ensure financial health for the company, as well as recommend and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure that the company's financial systems are sound, compliant and able to support both current operations and future growth.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Transactions with banks and financial institutions, strong knowledge about financial instruments.
• Being able to report and guide on strategy, plans, and performance at work.
• Contributing to strategic thinking, financial and accounting information, analysis and advice.
• Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions.

Candidate Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or other related fields from a reputable university, an MBA is preferred
• Similar experience in finance and accounting preferably experience in audit and tax consulting firm experience previously.
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Experience with Financial Reporting
• Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Finance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Being able to contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategy and be able to make appropriate decisions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with financial strategies and implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• CPA certification is a plus
• Previous experience in global trading, energy/mining, and construction sectors
• Responsible, diligent follow-up, result-oriented, analytical thinking
