Our client is a growing logistics company. We are looking for an experienced Finance Director for their team.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to contribute to the development and execution of the company's business plan.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including Pamp;L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Provide insightful financial performance analysis, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
• Present financial reports to executive leadership and board of directors.
• Lead the budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop financial forecasts and models to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Optimize cash flow and working capital management to support operational needs.
• Monitor and manage banking relationships, including negotiation of terms and agreements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor finance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• Strong communication skills in Russian and Turkish are required
• Experience in working with tax authorities, banks and external stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
