  • Managing all financial processes of the subsidiary
  • Oversee cash management, receivables and weekly payment process
  • Manage bank relations for daily operations and bank related consumer campaigns
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements and provide actionable insights for management
  • Execute the planning and preparation of annual budget and forecasts, communicating with all business unit owners
  • Preparing monthly closings reports amp; presentations requested
  • Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances. Providing analysis and comments on actuals and variances
  • Implement and run necessary controls to ensure that accounting system is running effectively, and financials results are correct and true
  • Advise, direct and coordinate for annual and monthly closing of accounting transactions and propose adjustments, if necessary
  • Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, projections, and statements and strict to tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with operation team to understand and guide the business with an appropriate financial point of view
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports as well as ad hoc reports
  • Managing all aspects of group’s cash management and treasury operations
  • Preparing detailed short term and long term cash flow statements
  • Ensuring that all the financial operations comply with company policies
  • Supervision of all finance related operations and payments
  • Updating financial models and applying scenarios requested by the management and the shareholders
  • Preparing and supervising the preparation of the finance related documents that should be reported under Finance and Project Agreements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics etc.)
  • Ideally 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance functions
  • Big4 experience will be must
  • Microsoft Axapta ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs (especially MS Excel)
