International Patient Coordinator/ Medical Tourism Representative

Florence Nightingale Hospitals Group is looking for dynamic team members to join our Baku Representative Office in the field of Medical Tourism / International Patient Coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain communication with hospitals, clinics, universities, and healthcare institutions in Azerbaijan,
• Assist patients who wish to receive medical treatment or education in Turkey,
• Coordinate with Florence Nightingale Hospitals Istanbul
• Take an active role in educational programs, medical organizations, and promotional activities,
• Support the development of partnerships and cooperation with potential patients and institutions in the region.

Qualifications:
• Experience in medical tourism or health tourism
• In addition to the native language, good command of English, Russian, or Turkish (at least one),
• Preferably with work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sales/marketing sector,
• Marketing and communication experience will be considered an advantage,
• Recently graduated physicians, nursing graduates, or those with experience in pharmaceutical companies are encouraged to apply,
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international treatment coordination, representation, sales, or promotion,
• Strong communication and organizational skills, teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and result-oriented personality.
