JOB TITLE: Marketing Product Specialist
FUNCTION: Product Management

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
This is an entry level position and we are looking for candidate only with 2-3 years post graduate experience
Managing related product life cycle-Target customer, price position, volume and market share target, VME & FMI usage, channel based sales strategy (Starting From launch to end of life)
Planning all commercial activities to achieve targeted market share and profit
Geographical / Territory: Turkey, North Africa, CIS
Product Management
Direct counterpart of AMI Marketing CMM teams for future product planning Γ (milestones; to define product strategy (line-up, grade-walk, Pricing, Volume, Profitability, Product Life-cycle) based on customer understanding, market & competitive landscape.
Defining commercial monthly campaigns and pricing for the products responsible for.
Executing new product positioning and launch activities along with communication, sales, logistic and all related departments.
Pre-sales preparation, ordering, sales promotion proposals and communication proposals of the related products.
Executing and coordinating product training activity to dealer staff both locally and nationwide.
Long Term Future Product Planning
Input to Mid Term Plan Product Strategy (5 years Nissan Line Up strategy)
Preparing marketing plans in line with the targets set by upper management (With Marketing team-Mid Term Plan Strategy)
VME and BP studies based on market need and market share targets.
Product Milestone management (preparation of the case study, alignment w/AMI CMM teams, Marketing Director, OPD, RPMs and MD & presentation to AMI Management
Commercial Planning
Follows the market developments, competitors activities, by visiting both Nissan and competitor dealers for the related products.
Closely follows the research studies in coordination with MI and analyzes and shares the result studies for responsible products with related departments to improve sales process efficiency.
Creating monthly commercial dealer announcement and publish.
Working in line with regulations and national law in all responsible areas.
Register to the company ERP system pricing data monthly basis.
Educational qualifications/ requirements:
University degree in BA or Engineering departments, MBA is an asset.
Relevant work experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Marketing and/or Sales preferably in a multinational environment
