As a core member of the HR/GBS team in the HR Operational Services, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the GBS HR Front Office Manager, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Performs day to day processing of HR requests ,
Takes active role in AskHR, implementation processes of Workday and archiving project,
Open to work as a backup for other HR services and project teams when required,
Recommends enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures,
Supports internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards and prepares information and documents for external authorities,
Execute all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exit process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files.
Job Specification
Your background
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,
Min 2 years of related work experience in HR Services,
Advanced command of English skills is required,
Turkish knowledge is a must,
SAP knowledge is a plus,
Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
