This is Contract Manager,reporting to the Country Managing Director within the Electrification in Dudullu-Istanbul,Turkey.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for planning and directing the administration of all contract, subcontract, purchase order and change orders and the risk management from pre-award phase to close out and all associated terms and conditions,
Review and provide expert advice on contractual matters, agreements of all kinds, contracts, tenders, risks, claims, disputes and all issues that are governed by contract with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and partners,
Develop in conjunction with corporate contract management and implement contract documentation for procurement, proposals, agreement and contractual,correspondence of all nature in accordance with terms and conditions of contracts,
Contract negotiations, teaming up with the business partners, making decisions during negotiations, preparing adjustments to contract documents,
Develop the risk profile of the individual projects, contracts and the customer as a permanent member of risk review process.
Job Specification
Your background
University degree in Engineering and Business Administration,
Between 5 to 10 years of experience in Contract Management, Sales and Project Management in multi-discipline distributor, industry and EPC project,
Experience of claims and contractual matters, able to value variations, adjudicated claims and resolve disputes,
Experience in FIDIC or similar conditions of contracts is preferable,
Ability to work in consortium environments and contracts,
Willing to travel inland and/or abroad,
Strong knowledge in risk awareness, risk management and mitigation,
Good communication and negotiation skills,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English skills,
