We are looking for a sharp and resourceful Technical Recruiter to support the People & Culture team to enhance the overall recruitment processes at Bayzat. If you would like to work on recruitment strategies with innovation, creativity and agility, Bayzat is the place to be!

As a Technical Recruiter you will play a key role in bringing A-Players to Bayzat and make an impactful contribution to the growth of the company.

We are looking for a smart, goal-oriented and energetic Technical Recruiter who is excited to create and maintain great candidate and employee experience.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Hire for our Engineering and Product Teams
  • Support implementation of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen new applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews to find suitable candidates based on role requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule various interview stages as per Hiring Team and candidate availability
  • Use various platforms to effectively source / headhunt suitable candidates for open positions
  • Conduct timely and detailed reference checks calls for all selected candidates,
  • Use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System efficiently, by moving candidates through workflow stages regularly
  • Vendor relations for Ankara Office
  • Asset Management for Ankara Office
  • Keep engineering team engaged and motivated
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with the team when it is necessary
  • Virtual/physical onboardings for tech hires
  • Exit interviews for engineering and product team
  • Support P&C team in different initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment experience
  • Experience in delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
  • Familiar with reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Focused and result driven
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving problems
  • Passionate for continuous improvement and open to feedback
