Requirements:
- Have min 6 years of experience in HR related discipline with extensive focus on stakeholder management and change management
- Having team management in the previous would be a must
- Having work experience in the startup world would be a plus
- Having work experience / involvement in the following areas: team member onboarding, team member training, team member mentoring, culture ambassador would be a must
- Having work experience in the technology industry and same business would be a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive a HR strategy.
- Able to show mentorship skill sets, helping others to grow their careers and skill set
- Able to speak fluent English
Job Description:
- Lead key HR processes including talent review, compensation planning for location/practice areas
- Provide leadership, HR expertise and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee retention, employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, compensation, and career development and talent assessment
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices
- Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through.
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved
