Requirements:

• Have min 6 years of experience in HR related discipline with extensive focus on stakeholder management and change management
• Having team management in the previous would be a must
• Having work experience in the startup world would be a plus
• Having work experience / involvement in the following areas: team member onboarding, team member training, team member mentoring, culture ambassador would be a must
• Having work experience in the technology industry and same business would be a distinct advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive a HR strategy.
• Able to show mentorship skill sets, helping others to grow their careers and skill set
• Able to speak fluent English

Job Description:

• Lead key HR processes including talent review, compensation planning for location/practice areas
• Provide leadership, HR expertise and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee retention, employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, compensation, and career development and talent assessment
• Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices
• Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through.
• Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved
