What you will do day in and day out:

• Act like a revenue hero as managing monthly global invoicing through 
• Play an essential role in the monthly revenue and commission close procedures including preparing journal entries and supporting reconciliations
• Coordinate with multiple departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
• Maintain account balances including reconciling, researching and resolving all discrepancies
• Maintain and optimize level of collection and short payment terms with customers in order to ensure end of month cash level,
• Manage escalation and arbitration processes for cash collection.

• You’ve a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
• You might be a new grad, or have experience less than 2 years in similar roles.
• You’re a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
• You have familiarity with any accounting software, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiatives when necessary
• You love working in a multicultural environment, and has sufficient level of english to communicate effectively
• You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging startup environment
• You’ve an excellent command of English
