What you will do day in and day out:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounts payable global department,
• Responsible for Accounts payable systems, future implementations and ongoing integrations,
• Manage and enrich banking relations,
• Manage the global collection and billing teams and mentor them,
• Develop and implement improvements to the collection process to achieve the DSO targets,
• Develop and implement improvements to the billing process to achieve maximum efficiency and meat the deadlines,
• Work closely with the sales and sales operation team to support the ongoing business needs.

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You’ve 5+ years of overall combined experience with AR and AP. (Experience in a SaaS company is advantage)
• You’ve 1+ years of experience with managing employees.
• You’ve hands-on experience in operating and implementing finance information systems.
• You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiatives when necessary
• You love working in a multicultural environment, and has sufficient level of english to communicate effectively
• You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging startup environment
• You’ve an excellent command of English
