OverviewCriteo is in search of an organized, self-motivated sales executive to drive growth and onboarding of agencies in our Turkey team in Istanbul. You will acquire new business from the inquiries by helping small agencies set up and implement campaigns by working closely with the internal technical solutions team. This is a very important role to contribute to Criteo’s future growth via agencies as New Business. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible to develop New Business opportunities by onboarding agencies to Criteo. Manage inquiries from agencies and help them to acquire new business opportunities.
Educate agencies about Criteo’s products, and support them through daily communication, seminars and face to face meetings.
After getting new accounts, propose campaigns and set them up by working with the internal operations team.
Collaborate with internal teams to create a good structure for agencies to use Criteo
Exceed individual sales goals and quarterly revenue targets through agency channel while contributing to overall team goals.
Ensure effective handover of newly launched campaigns to Account Strategist counterparts internally.
Who you are
Four year BA/BS university degree.
2-3 years of relevant new business acquisition sales experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry (vendor or ad agency) is preferred.nbsp; Sales professionals without relevant industry background but who possess a passion to grow their career within the digital marketing/advertising space will also be considered.
Sales in ad agencies, or experience in analyzing and utilizing SEM, DSP is preferred.
Partner sales skill is preferred if you have not experience from a relevant industry.
Problem solving skills to resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a customer focused and consultative solution sales approach focused on prospect’s initiatives and metrics for success.
Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops and management experience would be an advantage.
Passion for educating and leading seminars.
Fluency in Turkish and English are required.
