As a SaaS Sales amp; Marketing Manager, you will develop business plans and sales strategies together with the Ramp;D management team, which will ensure Ramp;D Center to reach its targets and Sales KPI. You will be responsible of selling the SaaS software products developed in Huawei Turkey Ramp;D Center. You would work in our Huawei Technologies Turkey office in Istanbul.

- Sales amp; Marketing working for IT, telecom vendor, operator or retail business, and dealing with major accounts. You have successful and proven track record of reaching your sales targets and other key objectives,
- Help to improve the Huawei Turkey Ramp;D Center Awareness by Joint Marketing Campaign, including the advertising, digital, exhibition, event, PR.
- Define the go to market approach.
- Perform market analysis, follow market trends and regularly inform sales teams to maintain Huawei`s SaaS product portfolio.
- Conduct competitor analysis, build and maintain process for competitor evaluation.
- Develop and implement the most effective digital strategy and plans and also responsible for Digital KPI result.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration,
- At least 5 years of experience consisting of 3 years in SaaS working experience in management consulting, product management or sales management.
- Good knowledge of software products is obligatory and SaaS sales and knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills,
- Familiar with MS Office and other presentation and reporting tools,
- Ambitious and great willingness of development,
- Experience working with multicultural environment,
- Excellent oral and written English skills,
- Analytic and strong strategic skills.
