This role directs the marketing and sales activities in Motion/MODP - Drive Products/4015 - Drive Products in Turkey/Istanbul/Dudullu, tasked with setting and profitably achieving key targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the End User & Channel Sales Manager, you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team. This position is graded as 13.
Your responsibilities
Manage full range of sales activities of ABB drives for process industry customers such as Marine, chemical, Oil&Gas industries.
Identifies opportunities at existing and potential new customer.
Supports the development of strong relationships with key customers.
Successfully close technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
Work in close cooperation with internal and external partners, key suppliers.
Effectively monitors and controls project progress, ensures that project follows the best execution practices and ABB policies.
Motivates and monitors internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones of projects.
Job Specification
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Control, Mechatronics and Automation Engineering.
5+ years of experience in account and project management. Sales or service experience in Power electronics, variable speed drives (VSD) is must.
Strong command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
Turkish language is must.
Agile, enthusiastic and proactive profile with strategic thinking skills.
Innovative mindset with strong multi-stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
