•Lead lt;10 test team members including administration, performance management and coaching
•Proactively join testing activities and support the team members to solve the technical difficulties,
•Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle,
•Analyze the business requirements and estimate, plan and design the testing and verification to guard the product,
•Develop and lead the manual/automation strategy/effort and write test cases, generate scripts to perform testing cycles
•Identify, analyze, and document any defects discovered during testing and provide fine-tuning recommendations
•Define test strategy and provide technical guidance in driving quality in new feature developments
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in academy and/or industry.
Job requirements:
•Ability or high motivation to learn and work with new open source technologies like Kafka, Elastic Search etc.
•Hands on experience and knowledge about E2E Functional Testing, Automation Testing for both frontend and backend, Performance Testing, Reliability Testing and Security Testing
•Comfortable working in a dynamic, low-structure, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately
•Candidate should have great knowledge about Linux OS in operation and maintenance, Databases (SQL/No SQL)
•Hands on experience and knowledge about Docker and Jenkins operation and maintainance
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree ( preferably in a computer engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering or equivalent

Easy to communicate, open for suggestions and improvements.
Can work independently, pro-actively and well aligned.
Fluent in English.
