Category Department is one of the most important teams at Trendyol which is a future-oriented, fast-growing and technology enthusiast company. Category Team plan and coordinate the category sales strategy of the responsible category and ensure profitable growth and long-term development. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.YOUR PROFILE
  • University degree preferably in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering or business,
  • Min. 5 years of Planning, Category, Product Management or Data Analyst experience,
  • Experience in Electronics/Homeamp;Life/E-commerce is a plus,
  • High level of analytical and customer oriented thinking,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Good command of English,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Work closely with Category, Growth, Marketplace teams to achieve monthly/annual targets,
  • Lead weekly trading meetings, identify root causes and opportunities to drive growth,
  • Analyse and interpret marketing data such as; view, conversion, basket size, search trends and give strategic direction to category,
  • Manage forecasting studies based on seasonality and potential growth inline with company KPIs,
  • Monitor consumer and industry trends, present strategic insights in convincing figures,
  • Improve productivity by seeking out ways to automate and simplify manual processes.
