We’re looking for a top-notch Accounting Assistant Specialist ready to be among the architects of our success story as we scale to become the greatest gifting company in the world!If you’re in, you’ll be managing the accounting functions from an innovative perspective while you are following daily operations. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant fields
- 1-2 years of experience in Pre-Accounting
- Knowledge of current accounts and BA / BS reconciliations
- Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive and E-Ledger processes
- Experience in uniform chart of accounts and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Experienced in ERP programs (Microsoft Axapta is a plus)
- Good command of English
- Having strong planning and organization skills
- Prone to teamwork, planned and result oriented
If you’re in, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating daily accounting records
- Checking bank and current accounts and reconciliations
- Controlling, processing and archiving of monthly dealer progress invoices
- Issuing dispatch notes and sales invoices
- Supporting E-Ledger and BA-BS processes
