Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for a young, dynamic and customer-focused marketing professional to play a key role in supporting our business in an online used car marketplace that leverages our extensive network and worldwide respected brand of our parent company, Vitol.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this is a key role in building and managing our online presence across all social media platforms. You will enjoy working with smart, creative and energetic people, working as part of a highly ambitious team. Your role will be hands-on with real responsibility and impact from day one.

Role Mission
Your mission is to create fans who become customers who become advocates who help us recruit new fans through positive WOM. You will be responsible for planning, strategy and goal setting as well as operational delivery. This is a hands-on role.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop a short amp; long term content strategy to effectively ignite and engage our customer segments to create social buzz, brand engagement and positive WOM
  • Actively manage and develop our customer NPS and champion all positive and negative drivers of NPS across the business to ensure focus and prioritization by cross-functional teams
  • Support implementing marketing strategy, aligned with brand and business goals driving sales, brand, and market share
  • Support converting the brand strategy into a clearly defined operating plan working in concert with a cross-functional team to ensure a harmonized approach
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s distinct target customers
  • Develop and expand community and influencer collaborations,
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content
  • Actively manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns on a day-to-day basis,
  • Oversee design and social media graphics including covers, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages,
  • Monitor and report effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns,
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager in designing, creating and managing social ad campaigns, being sure to be in line with the company’s overall marketing plan and content strategy,
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed, provide regular reporting and create a social marketing dashboard to track all pre-agreed KPIs


  • BS/MS degree in related field and at least 4 years of Social Media amp; Content Marketing experience,
  • Reputation and brand-building experience in social platforms is highly preferable,
  • Strong working knowledge of and continuous curiosity in the dynamics and algorithms of each social media channel,
  • Experience working as part of an in-house social media and content marketing team with real hands-on responsibility or agency side actively managing fast growth and ROI focused accounts; must be able to dive deep,
  • An analytical person with a creative eye,
  • Experience of anticipating and adopting innovations must be willing to learn,
  • Ability to multi-task projects and initiatives effectively and prioritize whilst continuously delivering results,
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented and self-directed. Energetic, can-do attitude with a strong bias for action,
  • Ability to work and thrive in a growth-focused and fast-paced environment,
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is compulsory.
