Atlassian Tools Administrator

• have 3+ years experience as JIRA Administrator is highly desirable,
• have a degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or similar technical discipline is preferred,
• have fluent written and spoken English,
• have a high-level understanding of JIRA complex workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, and other administrative features are expect,
• have expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence is highly desirable,
• have the ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language) or the ability to write SQL,
• have the ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA,
• have the ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages,
• have experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation,
• have strong oral and written communication, analytical, project management, and time management skills

• is responsible from the administration of Jira and Confluence which are Insider’s main task management and knowledge sharing platforms,
• is responsible from configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Atlassian Jira amp; Confluence products,
• works with multiple departments, optimizing their Jira processes, creating customized workflows, permission, notification, and screen schemes,
• understands complex problems your stakeholders have and trying to create innovative solutions using Jira features and automation possibilities to solve these problems,
• provides training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools,
• Ttoubleshoots and fixes problems related to Jira and Confluence,
• finds areas of improvement and generates possible ideas to boost efficiency and improve already existing processes,
• is responsible from management of plugins, add-ons, and integrations of Jira and Confluence
