We are looking for a COE of Knowledge Management who is going to be responsible to establish and drive the Knowledge Management Mechanism, and encouraging sharing culture in Huawei Turkey Ramp;D.
What are my responsibilities?
- Work closely with the stakeholders and define the overall roadmap of Knowledge Management (KM) implementation
- Define the overall KM policy, guideline and framework/architecture for the organization
- Drive the KM culture in the organization through various programs and Business Departments Knowledge Management Officers (KMO)
- Unification of KM system deployment and drive continuously improvement amp; maintenance on the system
- Prepare the KM business plan and report to the management on the progress
- Measure the KM maturity in the organization and drive actions towards making KM beneficial for the business departments, and the organization
- Encourage sharing culture in the organization
Requirements
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in knowledge management / process analysis / continuous improvement / operational excellence
- Very good command of English
- Good communication skills with clear and an engaging presentation style, and group facilitation
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, continuous improvement mindset
What else do I need to know?
- No restriction for travelling abroad
