We are seeking a client facing Technical Solutions Consultant well versed in ad tech and martech systems to join our team. You will become a subject matter expert on Huawei Ads and other related platforms provided internally and externally, reinforcing best practices for campaign setup, technical onboarding, integration, troubleshooting and performance improvement.
THE ROLE
Assist and collaborate with partners and clients in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions and troubleshooting problems to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and answer technical questions to provide first-class customer satisfaction
Be the technical lead and point of contact for our clients during their onboarding on the Huawei Ads products
Work with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that automate and improve internal and client operations
Have a thorough understanding of the Huawei advertising and marketing related products
Perform integration testing amp; troubleshooting
Working with product managers on improving and providing quick resolution to product issues
Prepare well prepared materials or documents if needed.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience managing complexities such as online advertising campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting and resolution.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical things in simple terms to non-technical audiences
Prior experience with adtech and/or martech
Experience with HTML, Python, SQL Scripting, and JavaScript
Experience with web debugging tools
Understanding of client-side web technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, HTTP requests)
Understanding of API calls (HTTP request methods)
Previous app (Android and/or iOS) development experience is a plus.
Knowledge about one or more of the following is a plus; data analytics platforms, elastic search, ETL output reports.
Understanding of the adtech ecosystem and concepts such as RTB, DSP, DMP, SSP is a huge plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
Strong communicator - written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
Able to deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellence
Excellence in teamwork and collaboration
Fluency in English is a must.
