Job DescriptionThe Head of Partner Success at Cherry will be empowered to create a world-class, revenue-building, post-sales function in the broader elective medical space. To accomplish this, we expect this individual to develop trusted relationships with our partners, and further drive adoption of our Buy Now, Pay Later platform. Responsibilities
  • Own and manage our partner success function
  • Drive meaningful partner outcomes; increase Cherry volume at the individual account level and manage/maintain low partner churn
  • Maintain industry leading NPS amongst our merchant partners
  • Define and optimize the partner journey. Further develop and improve our partner success playbook
  • Establish KPIs that track partner adoption of our product and continuously look for areas of optimization
  • Convey the voice of our partners to our engineering team and maintain a constant ear for feedback
  • Work closely with sales to ensure seamless account pass-off
  • Build, scale and develop a team of partner success representatives
Requirements
  • Proven high-performer ideally with experience in a customer facing role
  • Accomplished in driving high customer satisfaction, increasing adoption and stickiness of solutions
  • Adept at building and defining processes as well as using data to drive decisions
  • Experience working with medical practices a plus
  • Servant leader who is unafraid to roll up their sleeves to deliver results
  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
