Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Head of Partnerships that will be responsible for deepening our relationships with existing and potential partners within the broader elective medical industry. This role will have a major impact on our customer acquisition efforts, growth and go-to-market strategy. This position will work closely with the leadership team and have direct exposure to the CEO and COO.Responsibilities - Strategically identify and connect with key value add partners
- Present and clearly communicate Cherry’s value proposition to external parties
- Close needle-moving deals and ensure programs are implemented successfully
- Manage existing partnerships and work to deepen the relationship
Requirements - 4+ years of experience as a top-performer in a results oriented role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to connect interpersonally with others
- Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert negotiator
- Adaptable and proven ability to troubleshoot on the fly
- Problem solver with can-do attitude
