Your role as Customer Support Manager:
- You will be the main contact for the company regarding customer service
- Building a team, planning and managing shifts
- Proactively improving our customer service processes
- Coaching team members
Your regular activities:
- Solving inquires of bidders amp; winners on our platform in Messagebird
- Contacting winners regarding their shirt amp; payments (outbound calls, emails)
- Interacting with bidders/winners on our social media channels
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and international internship, or students exchange programme
- 2+ years experience in customer support role
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
- Any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Experience with customer support software is an advantage (we use Messagebird)
- You are ambitious and eager to create the best possible client experience
- You have a desire to ‘do good’ and enjoy contributing to a better world by raising funds for charity through our products
- You are proactive, determined and enthusiastic. Humble most of the time, but proud of your achievements!
- Not everyone needs to be a football fan, but for this role, it is helpful!

Our procedure consists of 3 rounds: - Getting to know each other (HR intro call)
- Full interview with the hiring manager and one of the team members
- Assessment task which will be followed up by a final conversation with our Head of Client Success.
