The People amp; Culture team is an integral part of our business and we are looking to grow it. We are looking for a smart, goal-oriented and energetic team member to support the growth of our portfolio and build a great candidate experience.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Support implementation of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen new applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews to find suitable candidates based on role requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule various interview stages as per Hiring Team and candidate availability
  • Use various platforms to effectively source / headhunt suitable candidates for open positions
  • Conduct timely and detailed reference checks calls for all selected candidates,
  • Use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System efficiently, by moving candidates through workflow stages regularly
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the Pamp;C department and organization, and to improve employee experience
  • Work on Ad hoc projects
  • Provide day to day support to Bayzat team members remotely and physically in the Ankara office and ensure positive employee experience
  • Prepare necessary reports and schedules, issue HR related letters and certificates
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding/offboarding, new hire coordination, exit interviews
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are onboarded successfully
  • Enter data into HR information systems and audit for accuracy and compliance
  • Upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
  • Support team members and handle all office administrative job-related task, including managing IT assets and coordinating with the IT team for future hires or employee exits
  • Support coordinating company events and engagements activity
  • The ideal candidate would be an administrative expert with strong HRM experience and is proactive, adaptable, creative and have strong work ethic. The candidate would also have strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to multitask, problem-solve and be flexible.
