VavaCars is setting out to revolutionize the secondhand automotive industry in emerging markets, by creating the world’s most trusted car transaction platform. Headquartered out of London, with initial locations in Turkey and Pakistan, we aim to provide ease, transparency, simplicity, and trust to buyers and sellers of used cars, which includes individuals, corporates, franchised and independent used car dealers.
Role Mission
In this position you will be responsible to develop our network of VavaCars Customer Centres (CC) and Inspection and Reconditioning Centres (IRC)
- You will build and develop briefs for real estate development by working closely with the Head of Operations and the relevant stakeholders
- You will scope and find properties that fit the brief, and negotiate terms and contracts with landlords
- You will work with architects and designers to design business plans for selected properties
- You will deliver construction projects on time and budget by working with contractors and builders who are vetted by compliance and have been selected through the procurement process
- You will create and provide detailed project plans, costing reports, and variance analysis to scope and budget during and after any project completion
- You will monitor and maintain the existing CCs and IRCs ensuring they’re meeting the highest customer experience standards and HSE requirements
- You will maintain positive, productive relationships with stakeholders including landlords, municipalities, licensing agents, amongst others
- You will be as comfortable in excel and ppt and be able to bring observations, insights and suggestions back into the company and be the voice of logistics internally
- You will have experience of operating in highly entrepreneurial, yet data driven and analytical environments; we value your opinions but facts gt; opinions
- You will have experience of international working cultures, styles and customs
Requirements
- Proven 5+ years work experience as Property Executive
- Fully understanding property management and its financial amp; operational aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Advanced communication and influencing skills in English and Turkish, written and verbal, able to successfully liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organized amp; structured to be able to plan the working day and reprioritize as needed.
