Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (Huawei Ramp;D) Wireless department is a rapidly growing organization for LTE, 5G, SAAS and Mobile projects for different products and solutions. Our organization is focused to create new value and innovation for multiple domains and business.
We are looking for an experienced project manager who can provide leadership and direction to Mobile projects under development for iOS and MacOS. Mobile project teams have 40+ members including Swift, Objective-C, C++ developers and mobile testers for multiple modules. As an experienced project manager, you will have great chance to have a management career while using your experience to manage and to decide direction for our mobile projects.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end (E2E) responsibility for all Project Management activities; from planning to maintenance.
- Manage all stakeholders, internal and external customers’ expectations.
- Direct and motivate project team members by defining product and project value in advance.
- Proactively manage project risks and define actions to prevent any issues.
- Plan, define, execute, track and close all project tasks to deliver high quality package on-time.
- Report project status regularly with all stakeholders and project team.
Qualifications amp; Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrics/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- At least 4+ years of project management experience; 2+ years of project management experience for iOS mobile projects; 2+ years of team management experience.
- At least 2+ years’ hands-on experience at least one of the following technologies: Swift, C++, Objective-C using iOS SDK, iPadOS SDK or macOS SDK.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in leading and managing the delivery of mobile projects in a matrix organization with multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English.
